Sunday Drift
Sunday Drift is built on contrast. His lens, her line. Dan’s eye gravitates toward the raw, weird, and spontaneous. Kaye’s sensibility is elegant, grounded, and exacting. Somewhere between those two instincts is where the work comes alive.
We met in high school over a shared obsession with Volvo 240s — Kaye in a practical silver sedan, Dan in a spray-painted camo wagon with a cut-off muffler. Safe and steady met loud and slightly unhinged. It made sense then, and it still does.
After a decade in Brooklyn, we made our way to Los Angeles and built Sunday Drift while raising three kids and creating the kind of studio we always wanted to see: personal, cinematic, collaborative, and deeply considered.
Meet The Dealys
Dan Dealy
Based in Los Angeles, Dan is a director and cinematographer with a long background in photography. He moved into motion as a DP in 2016 and, in recent years, expanded into directing commercial projects. As a father of three, his perspective continues to shape the way he observes and captures human connection.
His work centers on crafting visual stories that balance identity and spontaneity where authentic moments keep the work fresh, and a strong point of view gives it depth.
Kaye Dealy
Kaye brings a background in fashion design and creative direction, with years spent shaping collections, campaigns, and brand identities. Her eye is refined, detail-driven, and deeply intuitive — equally focused on the smallest finishing touch and the bigger feeling a story leaves behind.
She builds visual worlds that feel elevated but never overworked, emotional but still clear. She brings shape, tone, texture, and intention to everything Sunday Drift touches.
